This random swelling has appeared at the meatus opening. It has been present since December 2020, where it was causing me some pain/irritation particularly after urinating or if I had held in urine for some time. It is most uncomfortable when erect… Feels similar to excess pressure(like some one squeezing their finger tip).
This appeared randomly. There are points in the day when it becomes very uncomfortable, like a constant irritable ache
I have attended my GP and they did not seem to have any great concern. I was provided hydrocortisone cream which did reduce some discomfort but hasn’t changed the overall appearance. The next stage I am at is dakticort oinkment which like the hydrocortisone has reduced some discomfort but not the overall appearance. Their ddx was urethritis?
Should add that urine is clear, no strong dark appearance. Tested previously for STD etc and clear
