tonight i was self examining my testicles and noted something that alarmed me. i was informed that i have varicocele, so i usually feel an enlarged vein on top of my left testicle. today, i slightly pulled my sac back to find a large mass/bump on top of my left testicle. this lump is pretty sizeable. picture below, would appreciate any insight on what you guys may think it is.
Hi, I also had a lump that doctor initially thought was an STI turned out to be a cyst. only found out by having an ultrasound of area. Also uncovered that I had a stage 3 varicocele.
