Weird panic attack when woke up feeling ill every morning

So last night we were celebrating new years eve , I still had the phisical symtoms of chest pain and fatigue and so on but was busy and could cope with it , I kept busy basicly the whole time , (Didnt drink , smoked alot ) I just want to know if it can be that if I was to busy or anything that or the tiredness that could of made me feel iLL again this morning , woke up with pounding heart , feels like chocking struggle to breath and chest pain , I'm on perbloka beta blocker 40mg , and only on 1mg ativan , is this dosage to low for me or should i give it more time , Im just tired just depressed , Its only been 2 and a half months about know , where I get al these strange symtoms , but I try to convince myself its anxiety but its difficult to accept

Sounds like your classic anxiety symptoms.. I know it's hard to accept I was the same that it ended up turning into healthy anxiety as a just couldn't beleive you could feel that I'll with anxiety.. but truth is you can.. I really hope you feel better and either your medication helps or you can find something that does.. I was put on sertraline but it made me much worse so I chose to come off after 10 weeks and didn't want to try anything  else.. just been trying to do it on my own some days better than others... I go for walks which helps me or listen to meditation videos on YouTube.. just keep myself buzy...

Ask yourself the reasons for your Anxiety, many people have an anxiety not related to health, however in your case it is a health problem

When I was in my teens and mid twenties I used to smoke and I allways found in the morning my mouth was like the bottom of a parrots cage and my thought was very dry and was bringing up the remnants of the cigarettes I had smoked the day before, they called it a smokers cough. That in turn effected my chest and lungs.

Personally looking back to that time of my life it was anxiety caused by smoking aftereffects. You have a choice suffer the smokers cough or pack in smoking. Your GP will be able to help with various tools
