I would suggest when it is possible see a Dermatologist - or certainly a Urologist or your own Doctor.
I would suggest this is not a major concern.
As you may not be able to see a medic for sometime I would suggest you review the way in which you wash your penis: -
Do you shower everyday? Do you wash your penis after each time you urinate? When you shower or take a bath for example is the head of your penis usually exposed or completely covered with your foreskin?
What I would suggest you do is to pay considerable attention to what you do after your penis has been in contact with water that you need to remove all traces of water so that no moisture remains.
You MUST have your own towels for this - never share these.
DO NOT use ANY form of body cleanser such as soap or shower gel on the head of your penis - you must get in the habit of simply using water to clean the head and entire foreskin of your penis with, then, as I describe, remove ALL moisture
If you answer the questions I ask I can help you further …
Thanks for replying.

Yes, I shower everyday and cleans my glans penis every time.
However, I keep my penis head covered during shower and clean it separately after every shower.
To clean the penis head I had never used any chemicals or body cleaners. But I clean it with body soap only once a month to avoid any foul smell.
Even I towel dry the head clean after every shower.
I had been doing this process from long time and didn’t had any problem till now until I saw those 2 patches probably 4 months ago.
What are those patches?
Are they dangerous?
Please help I am really worried.
In terms of what has caused the patches you would need to get a Urologist or Dermatologist to rule out the possibility that there is a skin condition present.
However, things like this CAN have a simple cause - even the constant or regular presence of moisture or sweat can cause this type of effect.
So for example, after you wash the head of your penis unless it is completely dry the moisture that remains can cause an issue like this.
Also, if you happen to be a particularly active person, such as training for and taking part in active sports can also mean that there is moisture present between the foreskin and head of your penis on a regular basis.
As I say, I very much doubt whether this is a major issue - but you would be best to get a medical professional to check this for you as soon as possible
