For last two weeks I had weird sensation in my penis. It started just feeling weird and it progressed from sensation to being kinda painful. It is id middle to bottom of the shaft, sometimes its burning feeling sometimes is more like bit sharper pain, and it is kinda always present. My penis looks normal, there is no discharge or anything else. Also getting erected is harder than before and staying erected too. I had sex with a girl I’m seeing and it would just go soft sometimes all of a sudden, never had that issue before.
Also sometimes I feel weird sensation below the penis and below balls, like between balls and anus and recently in last few days its burning in penis while peeing.
I went to walk in clinic and got prescribed with antibiotics, today is 3rd day I’m using them but I dont think anything is improving.
Do you know what this could be?
