hey guys so ive been dealing with mental health struggles for about a year and a half now, but recently my issues has been that whenever I am winding down for the night and trying to go to sleep I get this pain in the left side of my head, just slightly in front of and above my ear, this pain is kinda sudden and scares me a bit, and then i feel nauseous which then causes me to freak out even more, and honestly ive just been losing a lot of sleep because of it. Not sure what i really want out of making this post, maybe some kind of reassurance that im not actually dying lol
anxiety and stress can cause that. I actually get the same thing on the left side of my head every now and then. It can also be a form of migraine. but since we cannot diagnose on this site, it’s always a good idea to have it checked out by your doctor for your peace of mind. take care!
