Weird pimple like thing on my labia.

I am freaking out, I do not know what exactly this is. I don't know if its a sign of an STI maybe. I have booked an appointment with a GYN. Seems like the appointment is very far away, I just want possible answers.

The picture I have inserted is about a few days old. I am unable to upload a recent one I have, the site says its too large. But in that picture the color is transparent but in my recent its a little browner.

well idk i have a yeast infection i cant get rid of so idk if mine are from the yeast infection or herpes
