I'm almost 46,peri menopausal not sexually active. I keep having severe itchiness, a crawling/tingly sensation and soreness on vulva. I can't find anything online that matches what it looks like.
It responded to canesten cream and pessary but came back again 3wks later. No typical thrush discharge.
I'm stumped. Will be seeing Dr but anyone recognise this weird rash/bumpy/spotty thing?! It seems to start with little spots that then turn into red patches.
Just thought I’d update in case anyone with anything similar comes across this. It was diagnosed as a fungal infection.
