Im 18 and me and my partner tend to have a decent amount of unprotected sex as we personally just find it more enjoyable. We havent had sex in about a week and a half to two and the other night i realized a red bump towards the shaft of my penis and proceeded to take a shower to try and clean myself up as i thought it might just have been because of masturbating with dirty hands or something of that nature. It has since built up fluid and popped twice, once from friction and once from myself popping it in the shower, not a lot of fluid comes out however its still very concerning as ive never had something that looks similar and is beginning to look more like a crater. Can anyone tell me what it is or possibly what to do? Going to the doctors right now is somewhat difficult due to the state of the world so any help would help ease my mind.

Certainly, if there was a fluid involved the is an infection taking place. Wait until a day or so for healing to take place - get yourself some LIQUID (not other types) antiseptic and dab a very small amount onto this undiluted. It may really sting to start with. The following day dab with the liquid 3 or 4 times during the day - healing will take place if you keep it clean and do not irritate it any further - no no masturbation or sex until this is fully healed.
When the wound is healing nicely - and this should be after 3 to 5 days of using the antiseptic - apply the antiseptic at least 1 or 2 times a day until it is completely healed.
