hi, recently theres some red mark appear on the glance of my penis, it appears one day and then gone the next day, after a while it comes back again, no itchy feeling, no lumbs, no pain just a weird red area of skin. what is this? can anyone helps?
What you most likely have is a contact dermatitis and this means something the head of your penis is exposed to on the occasions the red marks appear. The skin on the head / glans of penis is very sensitive to anything that can irritate it and this is particularly the case for sexually active men or males who masturbate.
What you need to do is the next time this happens think carefully about what was happening just before the red marks appeared. Unfortunately the cause could quite literally be anything the head (the glans) of your penis has contact with:
if you are sexually active did you use a condom then the next day the marks were present?
if you masturbate, did you apply a lube of some king then the marks appeared?
The cause could have a much simpler explanation, such as:
did you take a shower the day / night before the red marks appeared and you used a soap, shower gel or other body wash you do not regularly use to wash yourself?
it could even be the soap powder or fabric conditioner used to wash your clothes in

You should only use water to wash the head of your penis with, as well as your foreskin if you are not circumcised, as well as the upper shaft of the penis. Always when you have washed the penis or taken a shower make sure you completely dry the head and upper shaft of the penis area
