I’m 30, and I’ve always had some scarring on the bottom side of my penis head/glans for as long as I can remember. I have no idea how I got that, but these white patches/scars near the tip are new and seem to be slowly getting worse. There is no pain, but there is some discomfort there and it feels a little bit more sensitive than the surrounding skin. I first noticed what seemed to be new scars in roughly those locations about 2 years ago, but they didn’t look nearly this bad. Over the last month or so, they’ve become much more visible. I have no idea what this could be, I have not been sexually active recently and I have been STD tested since I first noticed what I thought was scarring and came up negative. I’ve been using moisturizer on my entire penis for a while now but it hasn’t seemed to help much. Anyone know what this is and how to deal with it!?
