I have had weird sensations on my face, not tingly or pins and needles but almost a tickly sensation. Like a cool feeling? I can't even explain it just feels odd.

I have had a panic attack before and they aren’t nice at all. I’m not sure if it’s the same thing but maybe because I am aware of the sensation a full blown attack doesn’t occur? I am often anxious though
yes it is very similar to that. I used to get the creepy crawly feelings all over but that hasn’t happened in a while
hi, i have been getting that sensation but i have it in my legs. its so weird and it just started during this lockdown. it feels like my hairs are standing on edge from a cool feeling. My palpatations are back also😵

That happens to me periodically. It almost feels like a hair is blowing on my face. I always get crazy new symptoms but when it happens for the first time, it’s scary and raises my health anxiety through the roof!
