Hi I'm 24 year old female I have been feeling weird sensations on my head. Yesterday I felt a warm sensation on top of my head out of no where it really freaked me out. I also been feeling a lot of pressure on the sides of my head like above my ears I told doctor and she just said it was tension but sometimes I get this sudden pressure and it freaks me out that it might be something more serious. What can it be? I try not to stress out because I'm worried it'll only make it worst but I don't think it is normal I'm scared
Hi Erika,
This is most likely just fear tricking the mind. The mind is incredibly powerful and if you are fearful of a symptom your mind will excentuate it. Its really annoying I know but can be overcome. I suggest that you read up on health anxiety.... maybee buy a self help book- overcoming health anxiety. Also, I strongly suggest finding yourself a counselling psychologist, they will help you overcome this problem.

Since I got my first panic attack I've been worrying so much about my health and anxiety has gotten worst and since I know a some people my age that have gotten TIA & brain aneurysm it now freaks me out when ever I feel any strange sensation especially on my head.
Hi Erika my name is Jesus Im new to this group I just wanted to tell u that I have had a lot of pain on my head also and I'm also 24 I been diagnosed with anxiety for like a 1 year and 1 month I had some many heart test and I've been to emergencies like 26 times this is so difficult to live with I think about killing myself Im just tired of feeling this every day
