Hi guys, Can anyone relate to weird sensations in the feet? When my anxiety is through the roof I get the odd pain here and there. Ive read that foot discomfort is common but wondered if anyone else has had symptoms in there feet?
My anxiety and stress are bad at the moment and my feet are feeling weird! The soles of my feet feel really tight and my toes are stiff. My legs are just as bad too.
Same! Is it like a achy sensation? I also get burning sensations in my feet. These physical symptoms are steam rolling me at the minute!!
Very achy and sometimes burning, but at the same time feel very cold!
Is it the soles of your feet that have a burning sensation? I get that, it comes and goes but me having health anxiety I think the worst. I feel your pain Louise, very scary symptoms!!
