This started appearing a few months ago. It's worse on the right hand. What could it be, how can I treat it and is it something serious?
I’d like to add that it’s way worse on the right hand.
The pic is not clear but I believe it’s very dry skin that needs moisturizer , or it could be one of those mild micotic condition that are easily solved with an antifungal cream
