I got this after a harsh masturbation and after almost 2 months it still no go away. It is not itchy but it hurts when I slightly twist it

I when to doctor to check and she said its ok just balanitis but I use her method and it did not go away

Seems like its healing but it still hurt when a twist it

Now there are s lot of red itchy smooth spots on my crotch

Here is it after 1 week

After 2.5 weeks

After 4 weeks

6 weeks

Red itchy spots

Anyone can help me with this ??? I am worry it could be penile cancer

i have just gotten some input from a local doctor that it could be related to chlamydia infection.

have tested for chlamydia yesterday through blood vein, and igg reactive igm non reactive.

im worried now…
