hi, 30y male,. have some weird flat bumps appeared on my penis head around 8 momths back. have not felt any pain or blister or irritation till date.. for the first 5 or 6 months had only 4 bumps but lately increased to 8, and have some large no of bumps on my shaft for long time, same history with no pain, but some bumps on the shaft have a small tiny black dot on its centre. all of them are flat.. and on erection i hardly notice them on the head seems like small dots.. history of having protected sexual contact before 7 years. had checked with std (hiv, hepatitis, syphilis, Chlamydia, hsv). result came back with hsv 1. please help
