Weird spots on my penis, what could they be?

Hi!, I'm 23 years old and i have these weird spots and pimples on my shaft, when it grows you can see them less clearly but when its small it doesn't look so hot, might anyone know what these are?, i'm worried they might be herpes simplex or genital warts. last february I had unprotected sex after a party, the condom ripped apart. Before then I did a general urine and blood test where the results were negative. Can anyone maybe give me an idea of what these are? I've been masturbating a little frequently as of late due to the quarantine and im wondering if that has any effect as well.

I thought so too, although im worried it might be something else since it suddenly appeared, and some have a faded red color?
