i am 23, was sexually active a month ago, noticed lately these small spots on my glans. They are only in this spot on the glans, nowhere else and do not hurt or itch or burn. a bit more information, I had one lady at an Urgent care look at them Sept 23rd, and she thinks its just normal for my skin. But of course thats not enough to calm my brain. When erect it almost looks gone but soft its more visible.

The lady at urgent care is correct - they are part of the normal development of your penis.
If you are circumcised you are most likely to notice these more in the years ahead.
If you become particularly concerned the specialist to see is a Urologist
Thanks for the reply omg. They look like normal glans when i look at them. Theyre barely raised, almost looks like flakey skin. these spots are only on my glans and i figured if it was something worse it woild like grow all over ?
