looks like a urethral wart mate. Visit a Sexual clinic and get it checked. if you do a STI screening it’ll all prolly be negative. cuz watts don’t get mixed with blood or urine so it doesn’t show up in those tests. it’s a skin to skin contact thing.
a doc will give u a prescription for a wart paint. make sure it’s suitable for internal use since it’s inside. do not use over the counter wart med it’s not good for genitals.
