Hello to everyone reading this! My problems started on May 6th of this year. I remember the date very well because I had my English exam the day before. Knowing that it was my very first exam before graduation, I did stress quite a bit. Who wouldn't, right? Woke up the next morning having completely no appetite, which is out of the norm for me, just looking at food made me nauseous. Decided to get my blood checked, thinking I may possibly me deficient in something. Everything came back completely fine. Fast forward a week or so, I started feeling abdominal pain at the sides while laying down. Eventually they disappeared, but now, from time to time I keep feeling pain in one of my stomach, occassionally somewhere else on my abdomen. As of right now, I experience occassionally a lot more symptoms, including urinating for frequently, bloating here and there, very very mild sore throat, throat pain that's mild, and usually feel it on the left side of my neck, sometimes pain near my collarbone, which is very odd, fatigue has become quite a big problem, feels like I can function as I used to, earache from time to time, occassional cough. Seems like my appetite is slowly returning, but I still feel full quite early once I start eating. Haven't lost weight, remaining stable. I feel like it is not a coincidence that it all began after my exam. I'm already quite an anxious person, stress over minor things, heart starts racing like crazy. This year so far has been quite stressful for me, so I feel that all that stress has taken a toll on my body.
Thank you for taking time out of your day to read this, and I appreciate any advice, recommendations, thoughts.
