Hello everyone Can anybody what could cause this vein to be visible. It is usually more visible when I sit down. Could this be an inflammation?

Without a picture you can’t tell. The penis has a lot of veins and some men show more then others.
If you are talking about the vein that is most of the time in the center of the penis. It could be the main artery
