Even for me, it started as a single bump. I ignored it, and now it has covered my entire foreskin. What is your age btw ?
As the other responder suggests you need to get this checked by a Doctor to make sure what is going on. There could be a relatively simple explanation for this, but on the other hand it could be the start of a severe skin condition. The Doctor may need to send you to a Dermatologist to make sure of what it is precisely.

yeah i will and it had just been there for like a couple months and just stayed there at the same spot.

It looks very much like a pearly penile papule which a lot of us have under there, and they are nothing to worry about.
