I’ve had these my whole life, but am just now noticing that there seems to be a very small hole or tear in the skin on the right side looking at the picture. I don’t know if this tear is from frequent masturbation, but it seems as if when the tear is inspected, I can see the white tip of these things underneath my skin, appearing to not be covered by any other layers of skin.
As I said before, I have had this my whole life. and just want to make sure it’s not something I should be worried about. I am 18 and sexually active.
Do you think it’s a problem, or any idea of what it might be? I’ve had doctors examine my genitalia for a testicular varicosile and they have never pointed it out.
I have anxiety as well so this has been worrying me quite a bit.
It looks as though there’s something white in it. Did they fully examined it or just your testicle? To ease your anxiety, have them fully examine your penis.
They only examined the testicle. It will be a little while before I can get to the doctor for a checkup, but I’ll try and get there within a week or so.
But it isn’t causing you any discomfort? I know with the covid-19 it will be hard. Keep us updated whenever you have the chance to check back with the doctor.
Nope. Like I said, I’ve had it my whole life, never causes any pain, erections and masturbation have never hurt, sex has never been uncomfortable either, which is why I’m not rushing to the doctor, especially since all the hospitals have more pressing matters to deal with right now.
When were you circumcised and when has this problem been noticed? Has this only been raised recently, but you have noticed a colouration difference on the line of where the foreskin once was?

You mentioned the balls examination but haven’t said why or posted them. Although the penis looks healthy to me, and I suspect unrelated, what do the testicles look like? What was the reason for the testicle examination?
Oh, I was circumcised at birth. They have always been raised for as long as I can remember. I’m starting to wonder if it’s just scar tissue or something similar.
I had my balls checked out because I have a varicosile, which is basically just a large vein in one of the boys down there. I might have surgery to fix it, might not. Totally unrelated to the thing on the penis.

What has me puzzled is the white appearance of it making me thinking it might just be more than just circumcision scar tissue. It seems benign in that it is not causing any pain or irritation and your daily masturbation is not affecting it lol. Though only a doctor can really examine and give you an answer.
