Hi everyone,
Wondering if anyone has an info on this:
I’ve had strange symptoms for the past couple of years that have plagued my doctors. They all keep saying anxiety, but I’ve experienced anxiety before in my life, and my anxiety is very different from this and I’m extremely good at managing it. I’m very confident it isn’t anxiety, I know my body very well.
I get these random attacks of feeling lightheaded and weak and just generally off - it kind of feels like I haven’t eaten for days, or what I imagine diabetes/hypoglycemia would feel like. It happens usually after a meal, and lasts anywhere from an hour to the rest of the day. The strange thing is, sometimes, it goes away right after I urinate. Almost like theres something my body is trying to get rid of, and then it’s randomly able to by peeing it out, and I feel a million times better. (Example, I’ll pee 4 times and still feel horrible, but then I pee the 5th time and I feel 100% completely brand new).
I’ve had an extensive workup including food sensitivities, and I avoid food items that my body is sensitive to. I’ve noticed SOMETIMES the symptoms happen on a protein heavy diet, and I’m wondering if maybe theres something in the protein metabolizing process that my body is unable to get rid of that causes these weird head feelings.
Any ideas?
