Well decided to have a couple of days off Big time *blush*

don't know why just that we had been out and about as a family and the talk all day of the family having a Dominos pizza and as it was buy one get one free thought I would treat myself. Had the low fat cheeses option but to be honest who's to say they actually put low fat cheese on. Then felt very hungry and decided to try the egg bit of my malteaser easter box and I can now confirm my taste buds still like chocolate.

so for the last 2 days been finishing the pizza and the egg so haven't taken any blueys.

got guests coming for dinner Saturday night so think I will not start again til Sunday.

What did strike me was that after eating the pizza I felt extremely hungry just a few hours later but on the low fat foods I don't, so going to keep that on board and fingers crossed that I haven't put on to much weight, weighed on the Wii just now and it says I haven't but think it takes a few days for the weight to appear so maybe will show up next week.

Not going to say I regret it as it was nice and if the weight goes on I know where it has come from. :D

i still eat dominos pizza, they have nutritional values on the site, i think for a personal (4 slice) texas bbq its about 15.8g but thats keeping it as it is advertised, i change the cheese for low fat and normally swap the bacon for mushrooms so it comes under 15g - never had side effects from it, only thing is the garlic n herb dip is about 10g a pot so its a no go for crust dunkin!

infact for any dominos fans heres there pizza nutrition info, quite a lot of personal (4slice) pizzas that will fit under the 15g limit - get yourself some salad and you have a nice treat meal smile

thanks for that great news, the fat content is a lot less than I assumed. and Texas BBQ is the one I had. didn't think about changing the bacon.

so not to bad as had a large one over 3 meals
