Hello good morning ladies and gentlemen,. I have posted in this group a few times befor, but id like to ask other about a new symptom I am suffering with, other than all the colourful symptoms like, felling of dread amd feeling like ur gonna die, headaches, cjest pains, pounding heart ect ect. Last night was a horrendous night. Waking up with a real bad case of sleep paralysis. My partner was awake at the time too, she whitenessed first hand on how scary it was for me. It's been a absolutely horrible night and my chest pains after it have been so bad. It's getting to be so severe lately and it's making me physically sick. Anyone els had this. How do you get these chest pains to go. Hope it's not just me that feels this way but these chest pains really worry Me and make me feel like they're gonna kill Me at times. Constantly feeling on edge today guys, am expecting a bad day ;(

Sometimes Sleep Paralysis is just a problem of waking up suddenly from a deep sleep. When we reach the deep sleep of REM ??. Our body is unresponsive and that can feel like been Paralysed, this will pass of given time.
Sometimes people can feel there is something heavy on top of their body, this is caused OLD HAG and again this is generally not serious.
Your other sensations are caused by your Anxiety, Stress.
Try Mindfulness and Breathing Exercises.

Hi. Have you spokento you drabout these symptoms. There are a variety of things that can help you from meds to mindfullness and therapy. Or a combination of all 3. I think yoyr dr should be your first point of call. Youtube will havevudeos to help you with your brathing. It may take a whileto get the hang of it but give it a go. These symtoms are all normal with anxiety and are awful. I hope this helps. You are not alone
Jordan,
I have suffered from the chest pains and super tightness too. Try meditation and breathing exercises. Stretching might also help. I practice yoga and meditation and it has helped a lot. I have also suffered from sleep paralysis and I know how terrifying that can be. The only thing I can suggest is to keep calm and try and fall back asleep. That’s what I do.
