Well I have had nught from hell feel as tho I'm not here worried sick about the tabket I took even tho only took one had hours sleep jus feel horrible I have a 3 year old to look after too x

Hi sophie, How are you feeling? Do you have any support anyone you can call for a bit of help today. You are really panicking aren't you. Just take it really slowly today, i am sure you will be ok. I hate new meds and drive myself mad with poss side effects, Thinking about them only makes the anxiety worse. Here if you need me xx
Please try not to dwell on the medication you took. See your doctor immediately to get assurance that you are OK and not in any danger from the tablets.
