What about sugar from fruit?

Hello!

I'm 20 and almost positive I have LS-- have all the symptoms. Anyway, I know that refined sugar such as white sugar found in most pastries and sweets is a huge no no from personal experience, but what about the sugar from fresh fruits? Does that count? I can't quite tell if that is what's triggering my irritation.

I don't find sugar from fresh fruit to be as bad as refined. Probably an individual decision based on.reaction..Some fruits like pineapple seem worse, more sugar content. I do well with cantaloupe and apples. Grapes also have a very high sugar content. Trial and error, I guess.

That makes a lot of sense, I hadn't thought about sugar content according to the certain fruit. Thanks!

I eat all fruits and loads of it every day. I am sure that it does not affect me at all but I am very careful now with added sugars.
