Ihave for some years had a sneezing fit during evening meals and/or permanently runny nose . Also lately I have felt nauseous after 4/5 mouthfuls of food. this happens every day and with all types of food!!! I have very small appetite and am often very tired . I am in my seventies.
Perhaps you need a visit, to your doctor, for a blood test. It could be your Thyroid, or a Reflux problem. I am 65 I have constant Ryhinitis (causing running nose)!so I have to take, Antihestamin tablets. Also last year I had Reflux and you do get a bit of a sicky feeling, at times with that. Thankfully the Reflux has sorted itself out now. Pop to the doctors. All the best.

I am 76 and have taken Grape Seed Extract for 19 yrs....after a lifelong allergy/sinus history....otc drugs and allergist, never getting better....
I have not purchased a drug in over 19 yrs....grape seed extract has been my salvation.....
If one is on a drug blood thinner, then you can't take both. Joy 76 US
Have you ever thought about a histamine intolerance? You should go to your doctor and make a test if you got a histamine intolerance there will be a solution for that problem, called Daosin. People who got a histamine intolerance can't eat histamine rich food, so every single time if they eat food which contains histamine, like tomatos, cheese, red wine, the body reacts with an allergic reaction. Daosin, a dietary supplement will help to control the histamine level!
I'm in the US, and talked about grape seed extract since I arrived here....I've been taking this antioxidant for 19 yrs and allergies and sinus issues are HISTORY......do research for yourself or look for my posting here when I joined....Joy
I read the alex.probert one and I never heard about it but it seems likely. The point is any allergy you might have would be a perennial one (all the year round), the typical is dust but sir anyway is time for an allergy test.
