Hi what are your symptoms currently ? Are you using any cleanser or harsh soap when bathing ? Are you using a vaginal soap that you just started using ? How is your discharge ? seems like the area is dry and causing your skin to crack. it is probably caused by something your using or your discharge from an infection.
im sorry but you should get it swabbed. Im not the one to diagnose people with herpes but not everything looks like sores they can appear as scratches aswell
I don’t think it looks like herpes, but you definitely have some skin cracks and you should get them checked by a doctor. There are multiple reasons that can cause them.
