From what I understand, there are no standard symptoms. Typically I understand that initial symptoms are described as being similar to the flu. There are skin rashes, etc. that can be common as well.
Fatigue could be a number of things, unrelated to HIV.
If you are concerned… Go TEST. It is really the only way to know. Check with your doctor, but testing should be done 4 weeks after your exposure (sounds like you are there if this has been going on for a month). 6 weeks is more ideal and most doctors consider this conclusive if you use the latest Gen IV test.
