I have been diagnosed with psoriasis in the past. This is a new area that it is in. It seems like they are flat and not itchy or painful. Could this be a skin condition? They seem to get more noticeable after i shower/get them wet.
Doesnt look like psoriasis. If you have been out in the sun a lot they may just be a sort of freckling.
Its possible that they could be caused from dry skin. Its possible to eliminate them. Perhaps you could try oils.
