What are these black spots in my ear? Is it infection or black head? My ear has deformed little bit.

I have these spots for around 3-4 months now. I thought it was tanning. But I think it is something else. Can anyone help?

Everytime the skin starts to get black you should ask your dermatologist about a cancer check ,
But you didn’t mention your ethnicity ,skin color ,how often you clean your face ,ear , is that grime?

I think its Terra Firma-Forme Dermatosis. Get some surgical spirit or Isopropyl alcohol and apply to these dark patches on a piece of cotton wool. Rub very gently…dont scrub. They should gradually disappear. Maybe you are neglecting your ears when you wash?
