What are these blumpy things on my glans? (included picture)

Hello everybody! I have a problem regarding the head of my penis. I don't know what are these things on that. They are bumpy. I think they could be Pearly Penile Papules, but i dont think so. I am so stressed about it. I really need your help. If anybody can help me i would be grateful. I am attaching a picture. Thank you so much!

These are Pearly Penile Papules (PPP) on the Rim / Corona of the head of your penis - what you could also have is the signs of using soap and other bodily wash such as shower gel on the head of your penis.
Try to use water only to clean the head area use a light coating of coconut oil 2 or 3 times a week after taking a shower …
