For the past year and a half I've noticed these brown spots on my glans. I'm in my late 30's and I have fair skin with a lot of moles covering most of my body. Could these spots be HPV or are they something else? I don't sunbath in the nude but I have in the last 2 years been spending more time in the sun. The spots haven't grown in size since I started noticing them. They aren't itchy or anything, just aesthetically unpleasing. Ideas?
