What are these bumps? Could they be herpes? (PHOTOS)

The bumps initially appeared months ago and I thought they would just go away but they haven’t. They’re not like blisters and they don’t itch or hurt at all, so I’m not exactly sure if they are herpes or not.

Could be warts could be from shaving..... try salt bath try not use anything perfume down there and just a trip to go

I'm not a doctor but they look like hair bumps to me. Good luck though
