What are these bumps on my penis (foreskin) ?

I’ve had these fleshy small bumps on my foreskin for years, before even having sex; they are not growing, nor itching, they have a crater shape with “holes” in the middle. I have been to different doctors, none of them was able to say what it is. What are they and how do I get rid of them, without doctor’s assistance preferably? THANK YOU

go get tested for hsv … i had similar bumps with holes in the centers abd it turned out to be hsv1 … which you can get from oral if a person has a cold sore … not saying thats what it is but i would definitely be getting tested for it just to be sure …
