Okay, with the age you are usually naturally developed spots and glands would have appeared by around 26 YOA - but it is still possible for these kinds of things to first develop up until the age of 34 to 38 YOA.
it is possible that they have been there for a while but that the size they were, or perhaps that they have recently become irritated has made them visible to you.
You do not say when you first noticed these?
General rule is that if something unexpected appears and you are sexually active, particularly if you have different partners and do not use protection is to go get tested
