
Dear poggers,
I think they could be small (i.e. early) molluscum contagiosum, a viral STD. Examine the lesions carefully and see if they have a central dimple (umbilication), as seen in the attached photo taken from Dermnet NZ. If they do, then it confirms the diagnosis.
There’s no great urgency to getting them treated, but you should see a doctor to confirm the diagnosis and have a screen for other STDs.
