Ive had these for a while and they haven't gone away. Any ideas what they are? They aren't painful at all, just annoying more than anything. Would it be safe to snip them off or remove them any other way?
Tyler, I would guess you have picked at the distinct white one on the left of the picture? Imperfections like this on the skin can develop any where on the body - I had one on my face that a Doctor surgically removed.
However, in this area of the penis there are also different glands that can be very distinct in some men - look up Parafrenular and Tysons Glands. I would not recommend DiY surgery, if you scratch the top off one simply apply liquid antiseptic to it …
