i am sexually active but with very few partners and only one currently. I noticed these little spots about 3-4 weeks ago. no pain and no real itching more than normal. some are red but it is due to picking and attempting to pop thinking it may have been a pimple. any ideas? warts?

i could really use the help. the spots are all white and as i said the ones that are red are because i picked at them.
those white spots are fordyce and oil glands under the skin they are normal an u should not pick them
