theres a swollen bump at the top that hurts. non of these other bumps hurt or even feel like bumps. theres no smell or itching or burning.

I’ve read alot of threads on here, and seen some similar to what you have. I believe its fordyce spots but you can go to your obgyn to double check.

Fordyce spots…oil glands… found on both m/f also found on sides of mouths🙌
