-is herpes sore under the skin or over the skin?
-does it has a high rise off the skin or flat on the skin?
-does it have a yellow looking center thats under the skin?

as far as I know its above the skin, depending on location. it’s a blister (or cluster of blisters) that normally forms ontop of the skin with a red base. can also just appear as a lesion or ulcer depending on location, can also never scab or ulcer and go away.
it’s usually not a high rise normally its flat.
nornally doesnt have yellow looking or contain pus it’s more of a water type liquid inside.
