I have some sort of itch and discomfort on both sides of my scrotum for several years. I have checked myself for finding the reason behind the itch and discomfort, and I realised that there are some very tiny parts around where the itch and irritation comes from. I have shown this to a doctor and he confirmed that they dont look like genital warts or other STI. Can anyone with experience help define my problem?

Try to breathe lad. This looks like some irritated follicles or skin in general. There is a small risk that it is a slight fungal infection like jock itch, but i recommend asking your doctor about fungal things, since they should have a solid grip on that. not literally, of course
But in all seriousness. The worst case scenario will be putting a bit of cream on it, so try breathing before panicking
