Matthew, I have just responded to another guy who’s head of penis looks very similar to yours. I am actually going to post most of the information I gave in that response. If you have any further issues or questions you want to ask simply hit the “Reply” Button …
.
… the skin on the head of your penis has completely lost its natural state, and some refer to this as a pH balance. For most men this is caused by years of exposure to regular body cleansers such as soap, shower gel and other forms of body wash getting onto the head and foreskin of the penis. (not sure if you are circumcised or not, Matthew)
When the skin is like this the only safe thing to use is water, so wash the penis with running water only, when you shower do not apply soap or other body cleansers to the penis. When you get in the shower draw the foreskin as far forward as it will go to protect the sensitive skin of the inner foreskin and the head itself. At the end of the shower make sure to rinse away all traces of soap and all body cleansers you have used from your entire groin region - then make sure the skin of the penis is completely dried.
If you can exclude all chemicals from contacting the head of your penis, you need to do this for 4,5 6 or even more months before you may even start to see any real difference in the skin on the head of the penis …..
If you do reply I need to know your age? Were you circumcised at birth, in later life, or are you fully intact? You may not have been sexually active but have you regularly applied stuff to your penis for masturbation?
thank you for responding. i am circumcised and im 18. i am a grower so curcumcision is only noticeable when erect. ill try to wash with only water and probably start using a delicate soap for the rest of my body. i used to masturbate dry when i was younger but now i use lube or coconut oil.
Coconut Oil has many properties that are good for the skin, and of course, it is a natural product. Try to make sure the Coconut Oil is not for use on Hair as it may have additional additives. Pure Coconut Oil is the best - a light coating is all you need, which you can replenish during extended masturbation sessions, if necessary.
With Lube, although they are designed to be used on the genitalia it impossible to know which of them have any harmful additives in them, so the rough guide is not to use any of them, particularly for skin like yours …
these are actually pearly penile papules- many men only get them on the Corona but some( myself included) get them all over the glans. you can get them removed but it is expensive. mine was worse than yours and it did boost sensitivity after I had them removed but all in all they wont cause problems
also, I’m a urologist so I’m 100% sure that these are pearly penile papules
