I was sent a photo of a new potential partner's penis and am concerned by some lumps/spots I noticed by the testicles. Could anyone please let me know if this is something contagious that I should be concerned about? I've included a zoomed in image. Please help if you've seen this before, thank you.
I'm not sure if it's anything contagious, but I think he should get checked out.
He could either see your GP, or if you're in the UK, he could go to a genitourinary medicine (GUM) clinic - google "GUM clinic near me" for details.
