I got random red spots on my penis glans and it also all wrinkly looks dry and there is bits of white flaking which brushes off easily. See attached photo which shows the white flakes and the spots. the spots are only on that one side. I got no symptoms no pain nothing, what could be the cause of this ?
keep it clean. after jo if you dont clean properly , it happens.
so is this like a form of balanitis? after masturbating clean it properly ? I thought might of been herpes or warts but got no symptoms or anything
what are the spots ? they all spread out in size on one side of penis. no itchiness or pain.
look like balanitis. what is your sexual history within 3 to 8 months. It could conclude a lot.
how long does it take for balanitis to go ? these started of as red and now it’s only slightly red the spots and it hasn’t got any worse since I noticed them. Also I had sexual activity with someone a day before I noticed these but I dont think something would come up that quickly and prior to that I always got tested and havent got anything. any idea what could caused this ?
