i found these red bumps lining both sides of my vulva, and they are so itchy, im so upset rn and plz someone lmk what they are

This looks like the beginning of a herpes outbreak - I would definitely go and get them checked whilst they are still there as swab tests are much more reliable than blood tests

It’s possible to be VP. A lot of women notice them
when they are irritated or have yeast infection, probably because they are more elevated.

I personally don’t think it’s herpes but a professional diagnosis is always the best. At the meantime, you can try baking soda bath to help with itchiness and apply OTC antifungal.
