Hello, these red spots have been on my glans for more than 3 month. It's painless and not itchy at all. I am not circumcised, but I clean my private part everyday. No sexual activity with others but only masturbation in the past 2 years. I saw the urologist and was told not to worry about it. He didn't prescribe any medicine or ointment for me. I am a little confused and hope to have some options. Thank you
